Choose your beta path.

The iPhone beta runs through TestFlight. Android testing is not open yet, but you can join the notification list. Your choice is saved with your email so we know how to follow up.

How to install Loan Scenario Pro with TestFlight.

iPhone testers receive access through Apple TestFlight. Follow these steps after joining the beta list.

Free from Apple. This installs TestFlight only—not Loan Scenario Pro. You will still need our beta invitation to install the app.

Open the beta invitation on the iPhone where you want to test the app. Installing TestFlight and signing up for emails are separate from accepting the app invitation.

01

Install TestFlight

Download the free TestFlight app from the Apple App Store if it is not already installed.

02

Open the beta link

Tap Join the iPhone Beta on your iPhone. If Apple is not accepting new testers, join the email list instead.

03

Accept the invitation

When testing is available, accept the public invitation or open your email invitation and tap View in TestFlight.

04

Install the beta

In TestFlight, tap Install next to Loan Scenario Pro. Future beta updates will appear there automatically.

Questions before you join?

Here is what to expect from the app and the private beta. No client details are needed to sign up—just your email and device choice.

How do I install the iPhone beta?
  1. Step 1: Download TestFlight. Install Apple's free TestFlight app (opens in a new tab) on your iPhone. This prepares your phone for beta testing; it does not install Loan Scenario Pro.
  2. Step 2: Accept the beta invitation. Tap Join the iPhone Beta to open our public TestFlight invitation on your iPhone. When testing is available, tap Accept, then Install to download Loan Scenario Pro. You can also open an email invitation and tap View in TestFlight, Accept, and Install.

If Apple says the beta is not accepting new testers, join the iPhone email list for access updates. Invitations are not sent automatically at signup. You can share comments through Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight after installing the app.

I downloaded TestFlight. Why can't I see Loan Scenario Pro?

Installing TestFlight does not enroll you in our beta. You also need to accept a Loan Scenario Pro invitation using Join the iPhone Beta or your invitation email. Apple currently reports that the public beta is not accepting new testers; join the email list if you cannot enroll yet. If we have sent your invitation, check your inbox and spam folder, then open the invitation on your iPhone and tap View in TestFlight, Accept, and Install.

Is Android testing available?

Not yet. Choose Android when you sign up to join the waitlist. We will email you when Google Play testing opens. There is no Android installation link or announced release date yet.

What does the beta cost?

The private beta is currently free. Future pricing will be announced separately, so signing up does not mean you are agreeing to a paid subscription.

Which loan programs can I estimate?

The app supports FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, DSCR, HELOC, and Fixed Second scenarios. Purchase and refinance options are available for applicable programs. HELOC and Fixed Second use their own inputs and payment assumptions.

Does the app provide live interest rates?

No. You enter the interest rate and scenario assumptions you want to use. The app calculates estimated payments and costs from those inputs. An estimate is not a rate quote or rate lock.

Can I change fees and add my own logo?

Yes. The current beta includes Pro controls for fee overrides, a manual Conventional PMI factor, and your professional contact details and custom logo on exported estimates. Some of these controls may become paid features after the beta.

Is the PDF an official Loan Estimate or approval?

No. It is a planning estimate—not an official Loan Estimate, credit decision, rate lock, or commitment to lend. Actual rates, payments, and costs may differ. Get an official Loan Estimate from a lender before choosing a loan.

Help shape the tool before public release.

Beta testers can use the working calculator, save scenarios, review estimated payments and costs, export client-ready estimates, and share feedback as the product continues to evolve. Android Google Play beta access will be announced when it is ready.
